近红外光谱技术在食品检测领域具有广泛应用。基于此,本文概述了这一技术的原理和优势,阐述了近红外光谱在食品检测中的应用,并以酱油为例,从样品准备、数据采集、数据分析等展开介绍食品检测的工作流程,以供参考。
Near infrared spectroscopy technology has a wide range of applications in the field of food detection.Based on this,this article outlines the principle and advantages of this technology,elaborates on the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in food detection,and takes soy sauce as an example to introduce the workflow of food detection from sample preparation,data collection,data analysis,and other workflows,for reference.
