摘要
本研究通过选取阿克苏红旗坡农场试验基地种植的红富士苹果,利用三重四极杆型气质联用仪,测定采前喷施虾肽氨基酸叶面肥和其他氨基酸叶面肥的阿克苏红富士苹果的挥发性成分的含量,开展不同氨基酸叶面肥对阿克苏苹果风味物质影响的研究,旨在为提升阿克苏红富士苹果的品质提供理论依据。
This study selected the red Fuji apples planted in the experimental base of Akesu Hongqipo Farm,and measured the content of volatile components of Akesu red Fuji apples sprayed with Astaxanthin foliar fertilizer and other amino acid foliar fertilizer before harvest with a triple quadrupole GC/MS instrument,and carried out the research on the impact of different amino acid foliar fertilizer on the flavor substances of Akesu apples,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of Akesu red Fuji apples.
