多模态超声诊断乳腺癌切除术后局部复发研究进展

Research progresses of multimodal ultrasound for diagnosing local recurrence of breast cancer after mastectomy

乳腺癌是女性最常见恶性肿瘤,手术切除为主要治疗手段,但术后存在局部复发(LR)风险。超声是乳腺癌术后随访的主要手段,包括常规超声、弹性成像、超声造影及超声引导下穿刺活检,有助于诊断乳腺癌术后LR。本文就多模态超声诊断乳腺癌术后LR研究进展进行综述。

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women.Surgical resection is the main treatment of breast cancer,but the risk of local recurrence(LR)after mastectomy remains.Ultrasound is the main follow-up method after surgical resection of breast cancer,including conventional ultrasound,elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasound-guided biopsy,being helpful for diagnosing postoperative LR.The research progresses of multimodal ultrasound for diagnosing LR of breast cancer after mastectomy were reviewed in this article.
