摘要
分析中职学校教师教学质量评价存在的问题,提出“三维一体、多元化评价主体”的教师教学质量评价指标体系基本架构原则。通过德尔菲法与层次分析法构建包含3个准则层指标、12个要素层指标、52个因子层指标的中职学校教师教学质量三级评价指标体系,形成同行评价、专家评价、学生评价、教师自评评价指标量表。
To analyze the problems in the evaluation of teaching quality for teachers in secondary vocational school,and propose the basic framework principles of the teacher′s teaching quality evaluation index system of"three-dimensional integration and diversified evaluation".Through the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process,a three-standardized evaluation index system of the teachers′teaching quality of secondary vocational school,including 3 index of criteria level,12 element level index,and 52 index of factor level,is constructed to form a peer evaluation,expert evaluation,student evaluation,and teacher self-evaluation index scale.
