多元化教学模式在实习生医院生物安全教育中的效果评价

摘要 目的分析传统教学(LBL)、问题导入式教学(PBL)及以案例为基础的教学(CBL)等多元化教学模式联合应用在检验科实习生生物安全教育中的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月在检验科实习的医学检验专业学生作为研究对象,对照组和实验组分别采用传统教学模式和多元化教学模式,评价两组实习生生物安全教育效果。结果培训后,实验组考试成绩高于对照组;实验组对宣传手册、报纸、宣传栏等的教学方式满意度较高。结论在带教中采用多元化教学模式,并将LBL、PBL、CBL教学模式相结合,能增强带教效果及提高实习生的生物安全理论和技能水平,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effectiveness of diversified teaching models such as lecture-based learning(LBL),problem-based learning(PBL),and case-based learning(CBL)in the biosafety education of laboratory interns.Methods Medical laboratory students who interned in the laboratory from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The control group and the experimental group used traditional and diversified teaching modes,respectively,to evaluate the effectiveness of biosafety education for the two groups of interns.Results After training,the test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group;the experimental group showed high satisfaction with teaching methods such as brochures,newspapers,and bulletin boards.Conclusion Adopting diversified teaching models and combining LBL,PBL,and CBL teaching models in teaching can enhance the effectiveness of teaching and improve the level of biosafety theory and skills of interns,which is worth promoting and applying.
