基于需求方的养老机构医养结合服务现状质性研究

Qualitative Study on the Current Situation of Medical and Nursing Integrated Services in Elderly Care Institutions Based on the Demand Side

目的了解养老机构入住老人接受医养结合服务现状及其存在的问题,为今后养老机构更好地为入住老人提供医养结合服务提供参考。方法与5家养老机构的10名入住老人进行半结构式面对面访谈,运用Colaizzi现象学资料七步分析法对访谈资料进行整理和分析。结果与入住老人访谈后共提炼出4个主题:医疗服务是影响老人选择养老机构的主要因素;养老机构医疗团队服务质量水平有待提高;对养老机构入住老人心理健康和自我照护能力的重视程度有待提高;养老机构医养结合服务特色品牌有待进一步打造。结论从探索多样化医养结合途径,增强养老机构入住老人就医体验感;多管齐下,提升养老机构医疗服务质量;满足入住老人心理需求,促进入住老人心理健康;提高养老机构医养结合服务能力,打造医养结合服务特色品牌入手,提升养老机构入住老人生活质量。

Objective To understand the current situation and existing problems of elderly care institutions receiving integrated medical and elderly care services,and to provide reference for future elderly care institutions to better provide integrated medical and elderly care services for elderly residents.Methods Conduct semi-structured face-to-face interviews with 10 elderly residents from 5 elderly care institutions,and use the seven step analysis method of Colaizzi phenomenological data to organize and analyze the interview data.Results After interviews with elderly residents,four themes were extracted:medical services are the main factor affecting elderly people′s choice of elderly care institutions;the service quality level of the medical team in elderly care institutions needs to be improved;the emphasis on the psychological health and self-care ability of elderly people residing in elderly care institutions needs to be improved;the characteristic brand of medical and elderly care integrated services in elderly care institutions needs to be further developed.Conclusion By exploring diversified ways of combining medical care and elderly care,we aim to enhance the medical experience of elderly people living in elderly care institutions;taking multiple measures to improve the quality of medical services in elderly care institutions;meet the psychological needs of elderly residents and promote their mental health;improve the ability of elderly care institutions to provide integrated medical and elderly care services,create a distinctive brand of integrated medical and elderly care services,and improve the quality of life for elderly people residing in elderly care institutions.
