人工智能视域下社区老年人医养健康服务需求影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Demand for Medical and Health Services for Elderly in Communities under Artificial Intelligence Vision

目的将人工智能(AI)技术应用于社区老年人医养健康服务中,调查在人工智能视域下社区老年人医养健康服务需求影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法和对比实验法,随机选取120名老年人作为调查对象,采用医养结合模式服务满意度问卷收集数据。结果是否患有慢性病、居住方式、文化程度、对AI的认知程度是老年人医养健康服务需求的影响因素。结论加强AI技术在医养健康服务中的应用,需提高老年人对AI的认知程度、降低AI应用成本、加大政策扶持力度及提升AI服务日常照料功能的多样性,以满足社区老年人养老及医疗的双重需求,为其提供适宜的医养健康服务。

Objective To apply artificial intelligence(AI)technology to community elderly medical care and health services,and i-nvestigate the influencing factors of community elderly medical care and health services demand from the perspective of AI.Methods Convenience sampling method and comparative experimental method were used to randomly select 120 elderly people as the survey subjects,and data was collected using a service satisfaction questionnaire of the integrated medical care model.Results The factors influencing the demand for medical care and health services among the elderly include whether they have chronic diseases,their way of living,their level of education,and their level of understanding of AI.Conclusion To strengthen the application of AI technology in healthcare services,it is necessary to improve the elderly′s awareness of AI,reduce the cost of AI application,increase policy support,and enhance the diversity of daily care functions of AI services,in order to meet the dual needs of community elderly care and medical care,and provide appropriate healthcare services.
