摘要
目的分析中医药院校课程思政建设现状及目标,以提高中医药院校课程思政建设成效。方法采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对学生体验与需求、教师预期与现况等进行调查与分析。结果总结了中医药院校课程思政建设现状及不足,提出完善高校思政教育管理机制,重视课程思政建设;提高教师政治素养,重点培养教师德育意识及能力;丰富教学方法,拓展教学内容,实现多元化协同育人等对策。结论中医药院校课程思政建设取得了一定成效,但仍有较大发展空间,需不断探索实践。
Objective To analyze the status and goals of construction on Ideological&Political Education in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges,in order to improve the effectiveness of construction on Ideological&Political Education in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges.Methods Questionnaire survey and interview methods were adopted to investigate and analyze students′experiences and needs,teachers′expectations and status.Results Summarized the status and shortcomings of Ideological&Political Education in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges,proposed to improve the management system of Ideological&Political education in colleges,and emphasized the construction on Ideological&Political Education.To improve teachers′political literacy,with a focus on cultivating their moral education awareness and abilities;enrich teaching methods,expand teaching content,and achieve diversified collaborative education strategies.Conclusion The construction on Ideological&Political Education in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges has achieved certain results,significant development,continuous exploration and practice are needed.
