医学研究生学术道德责任感的调查研究

Survey and Research on the Academic Moral Responsibility of Medical Postgraduates

目的了解全日制医学研究生学术道德责任感现状,为提高医学研究生学术道德责任感提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对右江民族医学院全日制硕士研究生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 21.0软件统计分析数据。结果不同类型、专业医学研究生学术道德责任感认知分问卷得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医学研究生学术道德责任感态度较积极;多数医学研究生学术道德责任感行为正确。结论医学研究生学术道德责任感总体较强,但部分医学研究生对学术道德责任感的认识不深刻,行为不正确。高校应加强医学研究生学术行为的管理监督,开展学术诚信教育,增强其学术道德责任感。

Objective To learn the status of academic moral responsibility among full-time medical postgraduates and provide a basis for improving their academic moral responsibility.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the full-time postgraduates of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities,and SPSS21.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of different types and professional medical Branch Questionnaire of Postgraduates′Perception on Academic Ethics and Moral Responsibility(P<0.05);medical postgraduates have a positive attitude towards academic moral responsibility.Most medical postgraduates have correct academic moral responsibility and behavior.Conclusion Medical postgraduates generally have a strong sense of academic moral responsibility,but some medical postgraduates do not have further understanding of academic moral responsibility and their behavior is incorrect.Universities should strengthen the management and supervision of academic behavior among medical postgraduates,carry out academic integrity education,and enhance their sense of academic moral responsibility.
