宿州市新型城镇化与房地产业耦合协调发展分析

Analysis on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of New Urbanization and Real Estate Industry in Suzhou City

为研究宿州市城市化发展过程中新型城镇化与房地产业协调发展的情况,建立新型城镇化与房地产业发展评价指标体系,根据宿州市2012至2019年统计数据对宿州市新型城镇化及房地产业发展情况进行评价,并借助耦合协调度模型,对两者的耦合协调情况进行了分析。结果表明2012至2019年宿州市的新型城镇化和房地产业整体发展势头良好,新型城镇化与房地产业的耦合协调发展情况逐年改善,实现了从2012年的重度失调,逐步发展到2019年的优质协调。

In order to study the coordinated development of new urbanization and the real estate industry in the process of urbanization in Suzhou City,an evaluation index system for the development of new urbanization and the real estate industry was established,and the development of new urbanization and the real estate industry in Suzhou was evaluated based on the statistical data of the city from 2012 to 2019.The coupled coordination of the two was analysed with the help of the coupled coordination degree model.The results show that the overall development of new urbanization and the real estate industry in Suzhou City from 2012 to 2019 has gained momentum,and the coupled and coordinated development of new urbanization and the real estate industry has improved year by year,gra-dually developing from a severe imbalance in 2012 to a high-quality coordination in 2019.
