校企“双平台”融合培育优秀科研创新团队——以地方应用型高校为例

摘要 培育优秀科研创新团队是地方应用型高校高质量发展、提高竞争力的首要任务。文本分析了地方应用型高校科研平台、科研创新团队建设的“瓶颈”问题及其成因,结合宿州学院与皖北煤电集团产学研合作案例,阐明了校企“双平台”融合机制及其在培育优秀科研创新团队中发挥的重要作用,分析宿州学院“煤矿水害防治与矿井水资源化”安徽省高校优秀科研创新团队的梯队结构、主攻方向、标志性成果及所取得的经济社会效益,可为类似条件下的其他地方应用型高校创新团队建设提供参考。 Cultivating excellent research and innovation teams is the primary task for the high-quality development and competitiveness improvement of local application-oriented universities.This article analyzes the"bottleneck"problem and its causes in the construction of research platforms and innovation teams in local application-oriented universities.Combined with the cases of cooperation between Suzhou University and Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group,it elucidates the integration mechanism of the"dual platforms"between universities and enterprises and its important role in cultivating excellent research and innovation teams.It analyzes the echelon structure,main focus,iconic achievements,and economic and social benefits of the excellent scientific research innovation team of colleges and universities in Anhui Province in the"Prevention and Control of Coal Mine Water Hazards and Resource Utilization of Coal Mine Water"program at Suzhou University.It can provide reference for the construction of innovation teams in other application-oriented universities under similar conditions.
