摘要
呋喃[2,3-b]喹啉骨架作为目前发现数目最为庞大的一类天然呋喃喹啉结构,因其丰富的结构与良好的生物活性,吸引了大量研究者的关注。近年来,不仅许多新的天然呋喃[2,3-b]喹啉不断从自然界中被发现,而且基于生物活性研究的衍生物制备也得到蓬勃发展。为了充分利用这一宝贵天然资源,为活性天然产物的结构改造提供一定指导与参考,本文对近二十年来呋喃[2,3-b]喹啉衍生物的合成以及相关生物活性研究进行了总结,并展望其前景。
Furo[2,3-b]quinolines,the most abundant natural furoquinolines,have attracted considerable attention due to their diverse chemical structures and bioactivities.In recent years,not only many new natural furo[2,3-b]quinolines have been isolated from nature,but the preparation of its derivatives inspired by bioactivities has thrived.In order to make full use of this valuable natural resource and provide some guidance and reference for the structural modification of active natural products,herein,the synthesis and bioactivities of furo[2,3-b]quinoline derivatives in the recent 20 years are summarized,and their prospects are prospected.
