摘要
本文以内置式eSeis节点单元的LED指示灯显示状态为切入点,从LED指示灯所显示的红绿工作状态所对应的有效相关信息着手,按照LED指示灯状态产生的工作机理过程,结合LED指示灯不同状态代表的故障现象研判电路异常区域,然后按照相关信号流经电路通道的先后顺序,分别采用观查法、电阻检测法和电压检测法对电路板上关键检测点位置进行逐一检查,分步骤研判相应的电路通道元器件,快速锁定电路故障的区域位置,准确排除并更换受损的电子部件,从而实现精准而高效的维修,并进一步提升针对eSeis节点单元相关故障的维修水平。
This article depicts that displaying status of the LED indicating light of eSeis nodes with units as the breakthrough point,showing different working condition and information with red,green color,based on the working mechanism of the process of the LED indicator light states,combined with the LED indicator light of different state representative fault phenomena analysis abnormal area,then according to the signal status in the order of flow channel path of respectively by the methods of observation,the resistance test and voltage test key check point position are checked on the circuit board,step by step to related components,circuit channel fast locking circuit fault location point,accurate electronic components to eliminate and replace the damaged,so as to realize accurate and efficient service,and further improve the maintenance level to related faults for eSeis node unit.
