双切顶成巷条件下采空区瓦斯综合治理体系研究

摘要 为了探索双切顶成巷条件下采空区瓦斯综合治理方法,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法,对双切顶成巷条件下顶板运移规律和采空区瓦斯分布规律进行研究,并提出了双切顶成巷条件下采空区瓦斯综合治理体系。研究结果表明,由于基本顶被切断,基本顶及其控制的覆岩充分垮落,采空区垮落带高度明显增加。当工作面回采过后,在预裂爆破切顶的影响下,与传统开采方法相比,采空区顶板岩层更快垮落,采空区上覆岩层更快趋于稳定;超高位裂隙带、靠近沿空留巷胶带巷处以及靠近采空区后部尾巷处为瓦斯主要聚集区域。4502工作面综合采用高位定向长钻孔抽采、留巷顶管抽采和采空区后补切眼钻孔抽采等方式,对采空区瓦斯进行治理,有效解决了采空区瓦斯超限问题。 In order to explore the comprehensive management method of goaf gas under the condition of double-cut roof and roadway forming,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were used to study the roof migration law and goaf gas distribution law under the condition of double-cut roof forming roadway,and put forward the comprehensive management system of goaf gas under the condition of double-cut roof and roadway forming.The research results indicate that due to the cutting of the basic roof,the basic roof and its controlled overlying rock fully collapse,and the height of the goaf collapse zone significantly increases.When the working face is mined,under the influence of pre-splitting blasting roof cutting,compared with the traditional mining method,the roof strata in the goaf collapse faster and the overlying strata in the goaf tend to be stable faster.The main gas accumulation areas are the ultra-high fracture zone,the belt lane near the gob-side entry driving and the tail lane near the goaf.The 4502 working face comprehensively adopts methods such as high-level directional long borehole extraction,retained roadway top pipe extraction,and supplementary cut hole drilling extraction after the goaf to control the gas in the goaf,effectively solving the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the goaf.
