渤海高含水油田出水规律分析与控水建议

Analysis of water production law and suggestions for water control in Bohai Oilfield with high water content

渤海S油田高含水问题凸显,造成产油量降低、井下管柱损害以及电泵设备过载等问题,严重制约油田开采效率。采用无因次累计产油量—含水率曲线法对渤海S油田107口水平生产井的出水规律进行归类和分析,利用灰色关联法对各出水因素的敏感性进行分析,并提出了相关控水建议。通过研究,归纳总结了该油田的5种出水类型,其中出水严重的生产类型(凸形、平行直线型)占比57%,而各因素的敏感性排序为投产时间>渗透率离散系数>水平井段长度>平均渗透率>采液强度。基于出水规律与影响因素的敏感性研究结果,提出了具体的控水措施与建议,对渤海S油田及其他类似高含水油田有较好的指导意义。

The high water content problem in Bohai S Oilfield is prominent,causing problems such as reduced oil production,damage to downhole tubing,and overload of electric pump equipment,which seriously restricts the efficiency of oilfield development.The dimensionless cumulative oil production water content curve method was used to classify and analyze the water yield patterns of 107 horizontal production wells in Bohai S Oilfield.The sensitivity of each water yield factor was analyzed using grey correlation method,and relevant water control suggestions were proposed.Through research,five types of water production in the oilfield were summarized,among which the production types with severe water production(convex and parallel linear)accounted for 57%.The sensitivity ranking of each factor was production time>permeability dispersion coefficient>horizontal well section length>average permeability>liquid production intensity.Based on the sensitivity research results of water yield patterns and influencing factors,specific water control measures and suggestions have been proposed,which has good guiding significance for Bohai S Oilfield and other similar high water cut oilfields.
