摘要
针对大型能源集团一体化煤炭供应链实时调度的时机滞后、方式静态、决策靠人、协作传统、响应延迟等突出问题,集团研究提出一体化煤炭供应链实时调度智能决策关键技术,包含智能决策框架、仿真推演、优化决策3项核心技术,同时构建决策支持系统,推动实时调度业务向数字化、协同化、智能化转变。经过基于历史数据的技术应用案例验证,该技术具有很强的有效性、可信性和可行性,符合集团总调度室的应用场景和协作模式,是保障一体化煤炭供应链安全平稳高效运行的有力工具,是提升集团联合实时调度运营效率和效益的重要手段,对于集团和相关产业具有重大的技术创新示范意义。
In response to prominent issues such as delayed timing,static methods,decision-making relying on people,traditional collaboration,and delayed response in real-time scheduling of integrated coal supply chains in large energy groups,the group has proposed key technologies for intelligent decision-making in real-time scheduling of integrated coal supply chains,including three core technologies:intelligent decision-making framework,simulation deduction,and optimization decision-making.At the same time,a decision support system has been constructed to promote the digitization and collaboration of real-time scheduling business intelligent transformation.Through the verification of technology application cases based on historical data,this technology has strong effectiveness,credibility,and feasibility,which is in line with the application scenarios and collaborative models of the group′s general control room.It is a powerful tool to ensure the safe,stable,and efficient operation of the integrated coal supply chain,and an important means to improve the efficiency and efficiency of the group′s joint real-time scheduling operation.It has significant technological innovation demonstration significance for the group and related industries.
