巷道修复机配套用移动式胶带转运装置设计

摘要 针对赵庄煤矿井下巷道围岩修复施工渣料运输困难,导致施工效率低下、人员劳动强度大等问题,结合围岩修复治理施工特点,设计了胶带转运装置总体方案,优化了结构布局,并对调角机构、胶带输送机和液压系统进行详细设计。该装置可实现渣料输送方向的全方位调节,增加对装料设备的适应性,使胶带运输装置平稳、快速的对不同渣料转运,减少转运时间,提高巷道修复施工效率。现场应用表明,胶带转运装置参数设计合理、结构简单、调角范围大、运转平稳,配合修复机和煤矿井下带式输送机可实现连续运输作业,提高了巷道修复施工作业效率,该转运装置的成功设计为巷道修复机高效施工提供了装备保障,为类似短运距胶带转运装置开发提供了借鉴。 In view of the problems such as low construction efficiency and high labor intensity caused by the difficulty of slag transportation in roadway surrounding rock repair construction of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine,combined with the characteristics of surrounding rock repair and treatment construction,the overall scheme of belt transfer device is designed,the structural layout is optimized,and the angle adjustment mechanism,belt conveyor and hydraulic system are designed in detail.The device can realize the all-round adjustment of the slag conveying direction,increase the adaptability of the charging equipment,make the belt transport device smooth and fast transfer of different slag,reduce the transfer time,improve the roadway repair construction efficiency.Field application shows that the belt transfer device has reasonable parameter design,simple structure,large angle adjustment range and smooth operation.It can realize continuous transportation operation with the repair machine and the belt conveyor in coal mine underground,and improve the efficiency of roadway repair construction.The successful design of the transfer device provides equipment support for the efficient construction of roadway repair machine,and provides reference for the development of similar short distance belt transfer device.
