广东省探索水土保持高质量发展的典型做法经验

Typical practice and experience of exploring high-quality development of soil and water conservation in Guangdong Province

广东省牢固树立绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,以提升生态系统质量和稳定性为核心,坚持系统治理、科学布局措施,强化工程监管,创新体制机制,着力提升水土保持工程建设管理水平和实施成效,在水土保持评估、监管、“放管服”改革等方面形成一批可复制、可推广的典型做法经验。文章基于广东省水土保持高质量发展的典型做法经验,分析目前存在的问题,提出推动广东省水土保持高质量发展的启示建议,为我国南方山区水土保持高质量发展相关工作提供参考。

Guangdong Province firmly establishes the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.With the improvement of ecosystem quality and stability as its core,Guangdong Province adheres to systematic governance,scientifically arranges measures,strengthens project supervision,innovates system and mechanism,and strives to improve the construction and management level and implementation effect of soil and water conservation projects.It has formed a number of replicable and propagable typical practice and experience in the aspects of soil and water conservation assessment,supervision and the reform of“streamlining the government,delegating power,and improving government services”reform.Based on the typical practice and experience of high-quality development of soil and water conservation in Guangdong Province,this article analyzes the current problems,and proposes suggestions for further promoting high-quality development of soil and water conservation in Guangdong Province,providing reference for southern mountainous areas of China.
