摘要
新工科产生与发展是我国教育创新发展的系统产物,对国家未来教育改革将产生深刻的意义和指引性作用。面向未来,空天地、大数据、人工智能等高新技术的发展极大丰富了水利学科的内涵,水利类相关专业需要摸清新工科发展的节奏,从根本上革新当前的实践训练平台和人才培养机制。文章从新工科视角出发,对水利学科的建设现状和发展趋向进行了总结分析,并以南京信息工程大学水利工程学科为例,凝练出具有气象特色的多学科融合高水平水利人才培养机制,为行业特色高校水利类专业的人才培养模式和实践平台建设提供可以参考的经典案例,促使水利相关专业的人才培养水平和创新教学质量得到全面提高,为国家水利行业持续发展培养高质量人才。
The emergence and development of new engineering disciplines is a systematic product of China s educational innovation and development,which will have profound significance and guiding effects on the education reform.Facing the future,the development of high-tech such as space-air,big data,and artificial intelligence has greatly enriched the connotation of the discipline of water conservancy.Water conservancy-related majors need to keep up with the pace of engineering development and fundamentally innovate the current practical training platform and talent cultivation mechanism.Starting from the perspective of new engineering,this article summarizes and analyzes the current situation and development trend of water conservancy discipline,and takes the water conservancy engineering discipline of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology as an example to sketch a multi-disciplinary integration water conservancy talent cultivation mechanism with meteorological characteristics.This provides references for the talent cultivation mode and practical platform construction of water conservancy majors in industry characteristic universities,promotes the comprehensive improvement of talent cultivation level and innovative teaching quality in water conservancy-related majors,and cultivates high-quality talents for the sustainable development of the national water conservancy industry.
