新时代的大学生存在思想成熟度不高、道德认知力不足、心理和谐力不强等问题,因此高校必须站在学生主体的角度去发现教育工作中存在的问题,从教育亲和力方向进行改革,并采取强而有力的措施铸造思想政治教育的各个构成要素,且充分调动各要素之间的合力,增强大学生思想政治教育亲和力,进一步强化大学生对思想政治教育的认同意识。

In the new era,college students have problems such as low ideological maturity,insufficient moral cognition,and weak psychological harmony.Therefore,universities must identify the problems in educational work from the perspective of students as the main body,carry out reforms from the perspective of teaching affinity,and take strong and effective measures to cast various components of ideological and political education and fully mobilize the synergy between various elements,Strengthen the affinity of college students’ideological and political education to further strengthen their awareness of identification with ideological and political education.
