[目的/意义]系统总结“一带一路”建设十年以来科技合作领域的成就和展望,对构建科技合作人类命运共同体,助推“一带一路”建设走深走远具有重要意义。[方法/过程]本文梳理十年来,“一带一路”建设在科技合作体系建设、科技合作人类命运共同体构建和深度参与全球科技治理体系中的成就,并提出未来“一带一路”科技合作的愿景与展望。[结果/结论 ]十年以来,中国与共建国家开展了多领域、深层次的科技合作交流,开创了与发展中国家共同应对全球挑战、共享发展机遇的合作范式,为深度参与多边科技治理机制搭建了重要平台。未来我国应持续推进“一带一路”科技创新合作,携手共建国家深度参与全球前沿领域科技治理,打造全球科技创新高地。

[Purpose/significance]It is of great significance to systematically summarize the achievements and prospects in the field of scientific and technological(S&T)cooperation since the construction of“the Belt and Road”Initiative in the past ten years,in order to build a community of human destiny in scientific and technological cooperation,and promote the construction of“the Belt and Road”Initiative in a deep and far-reaching way.[Method/process]This paper summarizes the achievements of“the Belt and Road”Initiative construction over the past ten years in the construction of the S&T cooperation system,the construction of the community of human destiny in S&T cooperation,and the in-depth participation in the global S&T governance system,and puts forward the vision and outlook for the future S&T cooperation of“the Belt and Road”Initiative.[Result/conclusion]Over the past ten years,China and its co-constructing countries have carried out S&T cooperation and exchanges in various fields and at various levels,creating a paradigm for cooperation with developing countries to jointly address global challenges and share development opportunities,and setting up an important platform for in-depth participation in multilateral scientific and technological governance mechanisms.In the future,we should continue to promote“the Belt and Road”Initiative cooperation in S&T innovation,join hands with the co-constructing countries to deeply participate in the global governance of S&T in cutting-edge fields,and build a global S&T innovation highland.
