2020年上海市金山卫镇学龄儿童龋病流行特征分析

Analysis of epidemiological characteristics of dental caries among school-age children in Jinshanwei Community,Shanghai in 2020

目的:了解上海市金山卫镇学龄儿童龋齿的患病率状况。方法:对2020年上海市金山卫镇全部4所小学在校的3320名学龄儿童进行口腔检查,分析学龄儿童牙齿的患龋率和龋均情况。结果:2020年上海市金山卫镇学龄儿童龋齿总患病率为46.69%。恒牙的龋患率和龋均值均随年龄增长呈上升趋势,且差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。女生恒牙龋患率高于男生,差异具有统计学意义(10.74%比6.74%,P<0.01)。结论:上海市金山卫镇学龄儿童龋齿患病率处于较高水平,需深入开展口腔健康教育,扩大窝沟封闭实施范围等综合防控措施,有效降低学龄儿童龋患率。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of dental caries among school-age children in Jinshanwei Community of Shanghai.Methods:A total of 3320 school-age children from 4 primary schools in Jinshanwei Community of Shanghai in 2020 were examined to analyze the prevalence of dental caries and mean DMFT in school-age children.Results:In 2020,the total prevalence rate of dental caries was 46.69%among school-age children in Jinshanwei Community of Shanghai.Caries incidence and mean DMFT of permanent teeth increased with age,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of caries of permanent teeth in girls was higher than that in boys,and the difference was statistically significant(10.74%vs 6.74%,P<0.01).Conclusion:The prevalence rate of dental caries among school-age children in Jinshanwei Community of Shanghai is at a high level,comprehensive prevention and control measures such as in-depth oral health education and expansion of fossa and groove closure can effectively reduce the incidence of dental caries among school-age children.
