摘要
目的 了解常态化新冠病毒核酸采集点采集效率,分析影响核酸采集效率的因素。方法 以山西省某三甲医院承担的便民采集点、院内职工采集点、区域全员核酸临时采集点的核酸采集数据为研究材料,对各个采集点的采集效率进行比较。结果 区域全员核酸临时采集点、便民采集点、院内职工采集点的采集效率分别为(199.21±41.46)、(114.70±30.82)、(127.85±33.55)人次/(人·h),区域全员核酸临时采集点采集效率高于便民采集点和院内职工采集点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),便民采集点和院内职工采集点采集效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),区域全员核酸临时采集点和便民采集点采集效率范围在170~239人次/(人·h)的占比分别为59.42%、0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 便民采集点和院内职工采集点的采集效率有很大的提升空间,将经济学成本效益原则引入医疗服务活动中,调整便民采集点的开放频次、开放时长、开放时间段降低人力成本、时间成本,以提高采集效率。
Objective To understand the efficiency of normal nucleic acid collection of COVID-19,and analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of nucleic acid collection.Methods The nucleic acid collection data of the convenient collection points,the staff collection points and the temporary nucleic acid collection points of all the staff in a third-class A hospital in Shanxi Province were used as the research materials,and the collection efficiency of each collection point was compared.Results The collection efficiency of temporary nucleic acid collection site for all staff,convenient collection site and hospital staff was(199.21±41.46)(114.70±30.82)and(127.85±33.55)person-time/person/hour,respectively.The collection efficiency of temporary nucleic acid collection site for all staff was higher than that of convenient collection site and hospital staff collection site.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the collection efficiency between the temporary nucleic acid collection point of all staff and the collection point of staff in the hospital(P>0.05).The collection efficiency ranges from 170 to 239 person-time/person/hour accounted for 59.42%and 0,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The collection efficiency of convenience collection points and hospital staff collection points has great room for improvement.The principle of economic cost-benefit is introduced into medical service activities,and the labor cost and time cost are reduced by adjusting the opening frequency,opening duration and opening period of convenience collection points,so as to improve the collection efficiency.
