阴挺方联合盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗产后子宫脱垂临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Postpartum Uterine Prolapse with Yinting Decoction Combined with Pelvic Floor Nerve Muscle Stimulation Instrument

目的:观察阴挺方联合盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗产后子宫脱垂的临床疗效。方法:将106例产后子宫脱垂按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组给予盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合阴挺方治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后中医证候积分、盆底肌力、盆底肌电位、性功能量表评分变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为100%,高于对照组的88.68%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各项中医证候积分及总积分均低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后盆底肌力、盆底肌电位最大值及平均值高于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后性欲望、性生活满意度评分及性功能量表总分均高于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴挺方联合盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗产后子宫脱垂,可加强盆底肌群收缩力,缓解产后子宫脱垂的症状体征,改善产妇的生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinting Decoction(阴挺方,YTD)combined withpelvic floor nervemuscle stimulation instrument on postpartum uterine prolapse.Methods:A total of 106 patients with postpartum uterine prolapse were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the pelvic floor nerve muscle stimulation instrument,while the observation group was treated with YTD on the ba-sis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,changes in TCM syndrome scores,pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor muscle potential and sexual function scale scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was evaluated.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group 88.68%(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and total scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's scores were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The maximum and average values of pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor muscle potential after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indexes were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sexual desire,sexual life satisfaction and FSFI and BISF-W scales in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indexes were higher than those of the control group af-ter treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:YTD combined with pelvic floor nerve muscle stimulation treatment instrument can strengthen the contractile force of pelvic floor muscle group,relieve the symptoms and signs of postpartum uterine prolapse,and improve the quality of life of parturients.
