针刺联合患侧面部闪罐治疗中风恢复期面瘫60例

Sixty Cases of Post-Stroke Convalescence Facial Paralysis Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Flash Cupping on one Side of the Patient's Face

目的:观察针刺联合患侧面部闪罐治疗中风恢复期面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选择上海市浦东新区浦南医院2021年1月至2022年9月治疗的中风恢复期面瘫患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。两组患者均给予西医常规治疗,对照组另给予针刺疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予患侧面部闪罐治疗。观察两组治疗前后面部麻痹症状评分、患侧表面肌电图数值、面部神经功能评分、社会生活功能评分及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组面部麻痹症状评分均显著下降,且观察组面部麻痹症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组表面肌电图数值均显著升高,且观察组表面肌电图数值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组面神经功能评分均显著升高,且观察组面神经功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组社会生活功能评分均显著下降,且观察组社会生活功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为63.33%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合患侧面部闪罐可有效改善中风恢复期面瘫患者的病理状态,提高其面部神经功能及社会生活功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with flash cupping on one side of the patient's face on post-stroke convalescence facial paralysis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke convalescence facial paralysis treated in Shanghai Pudong New Area Punan Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were first given conventional Western medicine treatment,then the control group was further given acupuncture therapy,while the observation group was further given flash-cupping therapy on one side of the patient's face on the basis of the control group.The score of facial paralysis symptoms,the value of surface EMG,the score of facial nerve function,the score of social life function and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treat-ment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the facial paralysis symptom score in both groups decreased significantly,and the facial paralysis symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The value of surface EMG in both groups was significantly increased,and the value of surface EMG in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were with statistical significance(P<0.05);The facial nerve function score of both groups was significantly increased,and the observation group's score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The social life function score of both groups was significantly decreased,and the social life function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 63.33%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with flash cupping on one side of the patient's face can effectively improve the pathological state of patients with post-stroke convalescence facial paralysis,improve their facial nerve function and social life function.
