摘要
在自动化生产中产品的表面异物瑕疵影响其质量、外观,如何准确、快速、高效的检测和识别出表面异物瑕疵至关重要。为提升产品表面异物瑕疵的检测效率,提出一种区段瑕疵检测算法。对区段瑕疵检测原理进行说明,设置最佳的检测方式,采用基于PLC+工控机的控制方式,设计总体机械方案,采用总面积瑕疵检测法,依托CV-X系列视觉系统,对杯子异物进行有效检测。为验证检测算法的有效性,将机器视觉检测与人工检测作对比,实验结果表明机器视觉检测具有更好的准确性和快速性,有效提升杯子异物检测效率。
In automatic production,the quality and appearance of product surface foreign body defect affect,how to accurately,quickly and ef-ficiently detect and identify the surface foreign body defect is very important.In order to improve the efficiency of foreign body de-fect detection on product surface,a segment defect detection algorithm is proposed.The principle of section defect detection is ex-plained,the best detection mode is set up,the control mode based on PLC+IPC is adopted,the overall mechanical scheme is de-signed,the method of total area defect detection is adopted,and the CV-X series vision system of Genz is used,the Cup foreign body carries on the effective detection.In order to verify the validity of the detection algorithm,the machine vision detection is com-pared with the manual detection.The experimental results show that the machine vision detection has better accuracy and rapidity.
