小流域生态治理模式与效益研究

Study on the Ecological Governance Model and Benefits of Small Watershed

小流域综合治理于我国生态环境以及人民生活条件起着至关重要的作用.近年来我国的小流域生态治理使生态效益提高,减轻小流域的污染程度,提高环境的稳定性,促进该区域的农业、经济快速发展,使经济和生态环境协调发展,实现小流域可持续发展.在小流域生态治理过程中,虽然拥有一套较为完善的治理模式,改善小流域的生态环境,但是小流域生态治理模式还存在着一些不足,仍需进一步改进优化.因此以小流域治理模式为背景,研究分析我国小流域生态治理的缺点,针对其制定科学合理的解决措施.

The comprehensive management of small watersheds plays a crucial role in China's ecological environment and people's living conditions.In recent years,the ecological governance of small watersheds in China has improved ecological benefits,reduced pollution levels,improved environmental stability,promoted rapid agricultural and economic development in the region,coordinated economic and ecological environment development,and achieved sustainable development of small watersheds.In the process of ecological governance in small watersheds,although there is a relatively complete governance model to improve the ecological environment of small watersheds,there are still some shortcomings in the ecological governance model of small watersheds,and further improvement and optimization are needed.Therefore,taking the small watershed governance model as the background,this study analyzes the shortcomings of ecological governance in small watersheds in China,and formulates scientific and reasonable solutions for them.
