摘要
缙云抽水蓄能电站地面开关站为一级建筑物,开挖后边坡高度41.3 m,地形上陡下缓,上、下游两侧发育常年流水冲沟,覆盖层较厚,岩石多为强~弱风化钾长花岗岩.清泉山庄多栋建筑物紧邻开关站,同时,开关站边坡设计开口线以上存在多处孤石,若采用传统的钻爆法施工,钻爆作业产生的飞石、粉尘、有害气体、爆破震动等对周边环境存在较大影响,存在较大安全隐患,为了消除传统爆破开挖带来的环保和周边建(构)筑物稳定性问题,提高边坡开挖质量,首次在抽水蓄能电站边坡开挖工程中采用无爆破切割法施工,形成适合于边坡开挖的切割施工工艺.
The ground switch station of Jinyun Pumped Storage Power Station is a first-class building.After excavation,the slope height is 41.3m,and the terrain is steep above and gentle below.Perennial running water gullies are developed on both sides of the upstream and downstream,with a thick covering layer.The rocks are mostly strongly to weakly weathered potassium feldspar granite.Several buildings in Qingquan Villa are adjacent to the switching station.At the same time,there are multiple isolated stones above the opening line of the switch station slope design.If traditional drilling and blasting methods are used for construction,the flying rocks,dust,harmful gases,and blasting vibrations generated during drilling and blasting operations have a significant impact on the surrounding environment,posing significant safety hazards.In order to eliminate the environmental protection and stability issues of surrounding buildings caused by traditional blasting excavation,and improve the quality of slope excavation,the non blasting cutting method was first used in the slope excavation project of pumped storage power stations,forming a cutting construction process suitable for slope excavation.
