高寒地区高陡边坡高水头压力钢管关键技术应用研究

摘要 西藏芒康县JB水电站压力钢管实施中,面临日内年内温差大、存在冻害、高水头、地质条件复杂、边坡滚石、生态脆弱等问题,研究采用了浅埋式外包混凝土结构、泡沫混凝土、"凑合节、上下顺序、及时包管、加强支撑"的安装措施、镇墩基础固结灌浆和长锚杆加固措施、设置事故泄水道、设置事故蝶阀等措施.经过7a的运行表明,所采取的措施安全可靠,取得了良好的效果. During the implementation of the penstock of JB Hydropower Station in Mangkang County,there are many problems,such as large daily and annual temperature difference,frost damage,high water head,complex geological conditions,rolling rocks on slopes,fragile ecology,etc.In this paper,shallow buried concrete encasement structure,foam concrete,installation measures of"fitting joint,up and down sequence,timely pipe packing,strengthening support",anchor block foundation consolidation grouting and long anchor bolt reinforcement measures,emergency drainage channel,emergency butterfly valve and other measures are adopted.After 7 years of operation,it has been shown that the measures taken are safe and reliable,and have achieved good results.
