摘要
水轮机效率及机组耗水率均是水电机组能效评价的重要参数,掌握水电机组能效水平可为水电站的安全、经济运行提供理论技术支持.了解机组能效水平通常采用水电机组性能试验的方法,而目前对于正在生产的水电机组进行性能试验均是采用现地试验的方法.由于水电站大多地处偏远,且开展现场试验机组不能正常发电,导致试验成本较高、经济效益降低.基于此,提出研究、开发水轮发电机组远程试验系统,采用远程试验的方法代替现地试验.实例证明,采用远程试验同样达到了现地试验的效果,并避免现地试验装拆试验设备带来的安全隐患及不影响机组正常发电,提高了电厂经济效益.
The efficiency of hydraulic turbines and the water consumption rate of units are important parameters for evaluating the energy efficiency of hydropower units.Mastering the energy efficiency level of hydropower units can provide theoretical and technical support for the safe and economic operation of hydropower stations.Understanding the energy efficiency level of a unit usually adopts the method of performance testing for hydroelectric units.At present,the performance testing of hydropower units under production is conducted using on-site testing methods.Due to the remote location of most hydropower stations and the inability of on-site testing units to generate electricity normally,the testing costs are high and the economic benefits are reduced.Therefore,this article proposes to research and develop a remote testing system for water turbine generator units,using remote testing methods to replace on-site testing.Practice has proven that using remote testing also achieves the effect of on-site testing,avoids safety hazards caused by on-site testing equipment installation and dismantling,and does not affect the normal power generation of the unit,thereby improving the economic benefits of the power plant.
