大型水轮发电机定子线棒并头块感应加热效率影响因素分析

摘要 感应加热是金属在变化的电磁场内感应产生涡流进而自热的非接触式加热方式,作为一种成熟的加热技术,在大型水轮发电机定子线棒端头钎焊加热应用过程中,出现加热效率低下现象,从感应加热原理、加热设备结构、施工工艺等方面综合分析其效率低下原因,针对性采取措施进行处理,使实际能量转换接近理想理论模式,有效提升加热效率. Induction heating is a non-contact heating method in which a metal induces eddy currents within a changing electromagnetic field,leading to self heating.It is a mature heating technology.During the application of brazing heating at the end of the stator bars of large hydroelectric generators,there is a phenomenon of low heating efficiency.This article comprehensively analyzes the reasons for low efficiency from the principles of induction heating,heating equipment structure,construction technology,and other aspects,and takes targeted measures to address them.It makes the actual energy conversion approach the ideal theoretical mode,effectively improving heating efficiency.
