摘要
外委工程开工前必须提交单位资质、人员资格、身体状况证明以及保证施工安全的机械、工器具、安全防护设施、用具等资源材料,并要开展"三级"安全教育培训、办理开工许可手续等相关工作.由于管理部门工作点多面广、人员少,造成外委工程开工准备时间过长、开工人员安全培训效果不佳、开工资料审核不严等问题.对此,基于现状分析,采用"互联网"模式缩短外委工程开工准备时间,为工程管理、人员培训等工作提高了效率,保障了企业的安全生产.
Before the commencement of outsourced projects,it is necessary to submit unit qualifications,personnel qualifications,physical condition certificates,as well as resource materials such as machinery,tools,safety protection facilities,and tools to ensure construction safety.It is also necessary to carry out"three-level"safety education and training,and handle work permit procedures and other related work.Due to the wide range of work points and limited personnel in the management department,there are problems such as long preparation time for the commencement of outsourced projects,poor safety training effectiveness for construction personnel,and lax review of construction materials.Based on the current situation analysis,adopting the"Internet"model can shorten the preparation time for outsourced projects,improve the efficiency of project management and personnel training,and ensure the safety production of enterprises.
