摘要
以内蒙古土默特右旗电厂一期2×1000 MW超临界燃煤空冷机组工程为例,进行了深入的水资源论证研究.首先对建设项目概况及当地水资源开发利用情况进行了解和分析,其次对项目的取用水的合理性做了分析,包括取用水合理性分析、取水水源论证、取退水影响论证、水资源保护措施等几个方面,最后总结全文,得出结论:项目取水方案及水源可靠、项目的退水方案可行,并给出了取水和退水影响消减措施.该项目水资源论证工作的实施,对水资源的规划、管理、保护及建设项目的安全生产具有重要意义.
Taking the first phase of 2×1000 MW supercritical coal-fired air-cooled unit project of Tumote Right Banner Power Plant in Inner Mongolia as an example,this paper conducted in-depth water resource demonstration research.Firstly,it provides an overview and analysis of the construction project and the development and utilization of local water resources.Secondly,it analyzed the rationality of water use for the project,including rationality analysis of water use,demonstration of water intake sources,demonstration of the impact of water intake and withdrawal,and water resource protection measures.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the water intake plan and water source of the project are reliable,and the water withdrawal plan of the project is feasible.Measures for reducing the impact of water intake and withdrawal are also provided.The implementation of the water resource demonstration work in this project is of great significance for the planning,management,protection of water resources,and the safe production of construction projects.
