摘要
文章通过现场试验测试,对比了加设入炉保温装置前后钢坯入炉温度水平和吨钢热损失变化,并结合钢坯出炉上表面温度和端面温度的变化进行了研究分析。结果表明:加设保温装置后,钢坯入炉吨钢热损失减少33.9%;钢坯入炉平均热装温度升高240℃左右,温度较之前提升39%,降低了加热炉能耗;钢坯出炉表面温度的标准差和端面温差较保温前均有所降低,钢坯整体温度的均匀性得到了提升,加热质量得到了改善。
Based on the field test,the temperature level of billet entering the furnace and the change of heat loss per ton of steel before and after adding the thermal insulation device before entering the furnace were compared,and the change of the upper surface temperature and the section temperature of the billet were analyzed.The results show that the heat loss per ton of steel billet is reduced by 33.9%after adding heat preservation device;The average hot charging temperature of the billet into the furnace increased by 240℃,and the temperature level is increased by 39%,which reduces the energy consumption of heating furnace.The standard deviation of the surface temperature and the temperature difference of the end face of the billet are reduced compared with that before heat preservation,the uniformity of the overall temperature of the billet is improved,and the heating quality is improved.
