摘要
通过对焦炉上升管堵塞物取样分析,掌握堵塞物的化学成分和矿物组成,结合不同粒度炼焦煤灰分及灰成分特性,分析上升管堵塞的原因。炼焦煤中小颗粒煤粉质量占比较大,炼焦煤灰分较高,灰分中的SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Na_(2)O发生熔融反应生成的钙长石CaAl_(2)Si^(2)O_(8)、铁橄榄石Fe_(2)SiO_(4)和相变点较低的钠长石NaAlSi_(3)O_(8),尤其是小颗粒炼焦煤灰分中过高的K_(2)O、Na_(2)O、Fe_(2)O_(3)含量促进了钠长石NaAlSi_(3)O_(8)、铁橄榄石Fe_(2)SiO_(4)的生成,进而造成上升管结渣堵塞。
The chemical composition and mineral composition of the blockage from coke oven ascension pipe were mastered through sampling and analysis,and the causes of the blockage were determined in conjunction with the ash content and ash composition of coking coal with varying particle sizes.Both the quality proportion of small particles and the content of coking coal ash presented the excessively high level.The possible smelting reaction in term of SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),CaO,Fe_(2)O_(3) and Na_(2)O from coal ash developed into CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8),Fe_(2)SiO_(4) and NaAlSi_(3)O_(8) with low phase transformation temperature,especially the high content of K_(2)O,Na_(2)O and Fe_(2)O_(3) in small particle coking coal ash promoted NaAlSi_(3)O_(8) and Fe_(2)SiO_(4) generation,which caused the slagging and blocking phenomenon.
