摘要
成鞋的帮底粘合强度直接反映鞋帮和鞋底的粘合牢固程度,是评价成鞋质量的一项重要指标。按照GB/T 21396-2022/ISO 17708:2018《鞋类成鞋试验方法帮底粘合强度》标准规定的方法,采用拉力试验机,测量试样的剥离力,计算得出帮底粘合强度。从帮底粘合强度的计算公式出发建立数学模型,对其不确定度来源进行详细分析并量化,求得合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,并给出测量不确定度的表示式,为成鞋帮底粘合强度测量不确定度的评定提供了参考依据。
The the upper sole adhesion of footwear directly reflects the adhesion fastness of the upper and sole,and is an im⁃portant indicator for evaluating the quality of footwear.According to the method specified in GB/T 21396-2022/ISO 17708:2018"Footwear-Test method for whole sole-Upper sole adhesion",a tensile tester is used to measure the peel strength of the sample and calculate the upper sole adhesion.Starting from the formula for calculating the adhesion of the upper sole,a mathematical model is established,and the sources of uncertainty are analyzed and quantified in detail.The combined un⁃certainty and expanded uncertainty are obtained,and the expression for the uncertainty of the measurement results is provid⁃ed.This provides a reference basis for evaluating the uncertainty of the adhesion testing of the upper sole.
