基于织补理论的城市旧区更新策略研究——以徐州市奎东村为例

Renewal Strategy of Old Urban Area Based on Darning Theory:Taking Kuidong Village in Xuzhou City as an Example

新时代我国城市建设从增量发展转为存量发展,城市旧区更新逐渐受到人们重视。以徐州市奎东村更新为例,根据当地实际情况,基于织补理论,分别从生态修复、功能修补、空间修补和社会修补方面提出相应策略,为当代城市旧区的可持续发展提供实践经验。

In the new era,China’s urban construction has changed from incremental development to stock development,and renewal of old urban areas has gradually attracted people’s attention.Taking renewal of Kuidong Village in Xuzhou City as an example,based on local situation and darning theory,corresponding strategies from the aspects of ecological restoration,functional restoration,space restoration and social repair are put forward,to provide practical exploration for the sustainable development of contemporary old urban areas.
