摘要
为探究不同施氮量对榉树容器苗生长及营养状况的影响,明确榉树容器苗的最适施氮量,以榉树当年播种容器幼苗为材料,设置4个浓度梯度的施肥T_(1)(1000mg/株)、T_(2)(1500mg/株)、T_(3)(2000mg/株)、T_(4)(4000mg/株)和1个不施肥(CK)共5个试验处理,分别测定不同施氮量处理下榉树容器苗的苗高、地径、根长、根表面积、根体积等指标。本试验中,各施肥试验处理较CK均有不同程度的提高,T_(2)(1500mg/株)处理下,榉树当年播种容器幼苗的生长状况最好,是榉树容器苗最适施氮处理。为科学高效培育榉树容器苗提供理论参考。
In order to investigate the effects of different nitrogen application rates on the growth and nutritional status of Zelkova serrata(Thunb.)Makino container seedlings,and to determine the optimal nitrogen application rate for Zelkova serrata(Thunb.)Makino container seedlings,four concentration gradients of fertilization T_(1)(1000mg/plant),T_(2)(1500mg/plant),T_(3)(2000mg/plant),T_(4)(4000mg/plant),and 1 non-fertilization(CK)were set up for five experimental treatments of Zelkova serrata(Thunb.)Makino container seedlings in the same year.The seedling height,ground diameter,and root length,root surface area,root volume,and other indicators.In this experiment,all fertilization treatments showed varying degrees of improvement compared to CK.Under T_(2)(1500mg/plant)treatment,the growth status of container seedlings sown in the same year was the best,making it the most suitable nitrogen application treatment for container seedlings of beech trees,which provides theoretical reference for the scientific and efficient cultivation of container seedlings of Zelkova serrata(Thunb.)Makino trees.
