摘要
随着我国水产行业的迅速发展,鱼粉蛋白资源出现严重匮乏,开发新型非粮蛋白饲料成为解决蛋白资源短缺的重要途径。甲烷氧化菌生产的单细胞蛋白因其高蛋白、低脂肪、不饱和脂肪酸含量高、必需氨基酸种类丰富等特点,已成为水产养殖中动、植物蛋白的良好替代品。文章主要综述了甲烷氧化菌产单细胞蛋白的研究现状、营养特性以及对水产动物的生长性能、饲料转化率、肠道健康等方面的影响,并对甲烷氧化菌产单细胞蛋白的应用前景进行展望,为甲烷氧化菌产单细胞蛋白的开发与利用提供理论参考。
With the rapid development of aquatic industry in our country,there is a serious shortage of fishmeal protein resources,and the development of new non-food protein feeds has become an important way to solve the shortage of protein resources.Single-cell protein produced by methane oxidizing bacteria has become a good substitute for animal and vegetable protein in aquaculture because of its high protein,low fat,high unsaturated fatty acid content and rich variety of essential amino acids.This paper revieweds the current status of research on the production of single cell protein by methanogenic oxidizing bacteria,its nutritional properties,and its effects on growth performance,feed conversion rate,and intestinal health of aquatic animals,etc.Finally,it provides an outlook on the future application of methane oxidizing bacteria produced unicellular protein and provides a reference for the development and utilization of single cell protein produced by methane oxidizing bacteria.
