宠物食品中以鲜肉替代肉粉对猫粮的适口性、消化率的影响

Effect of Fresh Meat Instead of Meat Meal in Diets on The Palatability,Nutrient Digestibility of Diets for Cats

试验旨在研究在宠物食品中使用30%新鲜鸡肉替代鸡肉粉,以评估鲜肉对猫粮的适口性、营养物质消化率的影响。试验以45%鸡肉粉作为蛋白来源的猫粮为肉粉组,以30%鲜鸡肉等干物质含量替换鸡肉粉作为蛋白来源的猫粮为鲜肉+肉粉组。选择16只健康英国短毛猫进行饲养试验,首先进行为期2 d的适口性评价试验,之后随机分为2个组,每组8只猫,分别饲喂肉粉粮和鲜肉+肉粉粮,正试期30 d,测定采食量、粪便评分、表观消化率和血清生化指标。结果表明:与肉粉组相比,①鲜肉+肉粉粮组显著提高了猫粮的适口性(P<0.05);②鲜肉+肉粉组可显著提高猫对干物质、粗蛋白、粗纤维、有机物、钙和总磷的表观消化率(P<0.05);③鲜肉+肉粉组不影响猫的体重、采食量、粪便评分和血清生化指标,表明猫维持在健康的机体状态。综上所述,猫粮中使用30%新鲜鸡肉替换鸡肉粉能够显著提高猫粮的适口性和营养物质的消化率,且保持机体健康。

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of fresh meat on palatability,nutrient digest⁃ibility of diets for cats by replacing chicken meal with 30%fresh chicken.In this study,45%chicken meal as protein source was taken as meat meal group,and replacing chicken meal with 30%fresh chicken(on a dry matter basis)as protein source was taken as fresh meat+meat meal group.Sixteen healthy British shorthair cats were selected for feeding experiment.Firstly,the palatability evaluation test was conducted for 2 days in the formal period,and then cats were allocated into 2 groups.The cats were fed meat meal diet and fresh meat+meat meal diet,respectively,for 30 days in the for⁃mal period.The results showed as follows:compared with meat meal group;①fresh meat+meat meal group significantly improved the palatability of cat food(P<0.05);②the cats showed an obvious rise in the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,crude fiber,organic matter,calcium and total phos⁃phorus on the meat meal diet(P<0.05);③body weight,feed intake,fecal score and serum biochemical indices of cats were not affected by fresh meat+meat meal diet,indicating that cats maintained a healthy body state.In conclusion,replacing chicken meal with 30%fresh chicken in cat diet can signifi⁃cantly improve the palatability and nutrient digestibility of cat food,and maintain body health.
