摘要
子宫颈鳞柱交界处由不同分化程度的鳞状上皮和储备细胞共同组成。宫颈储备细胞可能来源于Müllerian管或泌尿生殖窦,具有分化成腺上皮和化生成鳞状上皮细胞的潜能。人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染该区域的幼稚细胞可诱发宫颈上皮内病变乃至癌变。综述了子宫颈储备细胞来源、演变及可能导致的相关病变。
The cervical squamocolumnar junction is composed of squamous epithelium with different degrees of differentiation and reserve cells.Cervical reserve cells may originate from Müllerian ducts or urogenital sinuses and have the potential to differentiate into glandular epithelium and metaplasia into squamous epithelial cells.Infection of immature cells in this area with human papilloma virus(HPV)can induce cervical intraepithelial lesions and even cancer.This article reviews the source,evolution,and possible related lesions of cervical reserve cells.
