退火工艺下的低合金高强钢疲劳性能分析

摘要 将Mn-Cr-Nb系复合高强钢、Cr-Mo系复合高强钢、Cu-Ni系复合高强钢作为试验材料,制备3种低合金高强钢试样,使用DP工艺、QP工艺、TRIP工艺等3种退火工艺对各种试样实施退火处理.应用疲劳测试系统实施3种试样的疲劳性能测试.结果表明:在DP工艺下,Cu-Ni系复合高强钢试样的疲劳寿命最长,当退火速度为130 m/min时,各种试样的疲劳寿命最长.在QP工艺下,各种试样的疲劳寿命均高于其他工艺.在TRIP工艺下,Cu-Ni系复合高强钢试样的疲劳寿命最长. Mn-Cr-Nb composite high-strength steel,Cr-Mo composite high-strength steel,and Cu-Ni composite high-strength steel were used as experimental materials.Three types of low alloy high-strength steel specimens were prepared,and DP process,QP process,and TRIP process were used to perform annealing treatment on various specimens.According to a fatigue testing system,fatigue tests on three types of specimens were conducted.The results show that under the DP process,the fatigue life of Cu-Ni composite high-strength steel specimens is the longest.Moreover,when the annealing speed reaches 130m/min,the fatigue life of various specimens is the longest.The fatigue life of various specimens under the QP process is higher than that of other processes.Under TRIP conditions,Cu-Ni composite high-strength steel specimens is the longest fatigue life.
