互联网+视角轻化工专业学生管理工作路径创新研究

Research on Innovation of Management Work Path for Students Majoring in Light Chemical Industry from Internet+Perspective

互联网+理念的出现极大地改变了我国高等教育事业的改革步伐,给高校轻化工专业学生管理工作带来了新的机遇、挑战。基于互联网+理念和轻化工专业学生管理工作特征,对互联网+环境下轻化工专业学生管理与教育方式的改革创新路径进行了总结。认为未来我国轻化工专业学生管理工作路径应格外注重调整辅导员角色定位,调整高校学生管理工作思维及提升辅导员的媒介素养等。所得结论旨在为高校轻化工专业学生管理工作路径创新提供借鉴。

The emergence of the concept of Internet+has greatly changed the reform pace of Chinese higher education,and brought new opportunities and challenges to the management of students majoring in light chemical industry in universities.Based on the concept of Internet+and the characteristics of student management in light chemical major,this paper summarizes the reform and innovation path of student management and education in light chemical major under the environment of Internet+.It is suggested that the future management path of students majoring in light chemical industry should pay special attention to adjusting the role orientation of counselors,adjusting the management thinking of college students and improving the media literacy of counselors.The conclusion of this paper aims to provide reference for the innovation of management work path for college students majoring in light chemical industry.
