乡村振兴战略下吉林省人口老龄化问题探究

Exploration of the Population Aging Problem in Jilin Province under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

基于吉林省第六次和第七次全国人口普查公报以及《2022年吉林省国民经济和社会发展统计公报》的相关数据,对吉林省的人口结构现状进行分析。同时,针对人口老龄化较为严重的农村地区进行调研。根据吉林省人口老龄化所呈现出的老龄人口数量上涨伴随总人口数量下降、老龄人口比例较高、“未富先老、未备先老”凸显、城乡人口结构倒置显著等特点分析其存在的原因,提出改善就业环境、促进省内经济发展、推广普惠金融教育、提升社会服务能力等相关解决对策,为吉林省应对人口老龄化提供有力支持和保障。

This paper analyzes the current situation of population structure in Jilin Province based on the data of the sixth and seventh national population census bulletin of Jilin Province and the Statistical Bulletin of National Economic and Social Development of Jilin Province in 2022.And the rural areas where population aging is more serious are investigated.According to the characteristics of the aging population in Jilin Province,such as the increase of the elderly population accompanied by the decline of the total population,the high proportion of the elderly population,the prominence of"getting old before getting rich and getting old before getting ready",and the significant inversion of urban and rural population structure,the reasons for these problems are analyzed,according to various reasons,relevant solutions such as improving the employment environment,promoting economic development in the province,promoting inclusive financial education,and enhancing social service ability are proposed to provide strong support and guarantee for Jilin Province to cope with the aging population.
