偏高岭土改性金属屋面防水涂料性能研究

摘要 研究了偏高岭土添加量和养护处理条件对金属屋面防水涂料性能的影响。结果表明,随着偏高岭土添加量的增加,金属屋面防水涂料的拉伸强度先增大后减小,断裂伸长率逐渐减小,当偏高岭土添加量为20%时,改性金属屋面防水涂料在不同养护处理条件下的拉伸性能均达到最佳。XRD分析表明,偏高岭土的加入使得涂料有更多水化铝硅酸盐和水化硅酸盐组成的三维网状结构的聚合物生成,降低了涂料的孔隙率;SEM分析表明,偏高岭土的加入使得涂料的致密性得到提高,拉伸强度增大。 The effects of the adding amount of metakaolin and the curing conditions on the performance of metal roof waterproofing coating are studied in this article.The results show that with the increase of the amount of metakaolin added,the tensile strength of the metal roof waterproofing coating first increases and then decreases,and the elongation at break gradually decreases;when the addition amount of metakaolin is 20%,the tensile performance of the modified metal roof waterproofing coating reaches the best under different curing conditions.XRD analysis shows that the addition of metakaolin leads to the formation of more three-dimensional network structured polymers composed of hydrated aluminum silicate and hydrated silicate in the coating,reducing the porosity of the coating;SEM analysis shows that the addition of metakaolin improves the compactness of the coating and increases its tensile strength.
