摘要
以EPS薄抹灰外墙外保温系统为基础构造,通过对JSA101防水涂料、PMC422防水浆料和WM100防水砂浆透汽性的分析,优选出对外墙外保温系统透汽性影响最小的WM100防水砂浆,以WM100防水砂浆取代一道抹面胶浆优化外墙构造,通过对优化后的外墙构造进行力学性能、耐候性和防水性能的测试研究,开发出了一套防水透汽型外墙外保温系统。
Taking EPS thin plastered external wall insulation system as the base structure,the permeability of JSA101 waterproofing coating,PMC422 waterproofing slurry,and WM100 waterproofing mortar is analyzed.Finally,WM100 waterproofing mortar,which turns out having the least impact on vapor permeability of the external wall insulation system,is selected as a replacement of the one-layer plaster coating to optimize the external wall structure.A waterproofing and vapor permeable external wall insulation system has been developed with the help of the test and study on the mechanical properties,weather resistance,and waterproofing performance of the optimized external wall structure.
