硅酮密封胶表干时间试验方法探讨

Discussion on Test Method for Surface Drying Time of Silicone Sealant

国标GB/T 13477.5—2002《建筑密封材料试验方法第5部分:表干时间的测定》中有关密封胶表干时间的测试主要有A和B两种方法,本文分别采用A法和B法测试不同类型硅酮密封胶的表干时间,分析两种方法测得表干时间之间的关联性和规律性。结果表明,A法和B法两种方法测得的硅酮密封胶表干时间数据趋势相同,但无比例关系。

There are mainly two testing methods for the surface drying time of sealants:A and B in the national standard GB/T 13477.5—2002“Test method for building sealants——Part 5:determination of tack-free time”.In this article,A and B methods are used respectively to test the surface drying time of different types of silicone sealants,and the correlation and regularity between the surface drying time obtained by the two methods are analyzed.The results indicate that the trend of the surface dry time data of silicone sealant measured by method A and method B is the same,but there is no proportional relationship.
