外燃式旋窑技术应用在水泥工业中的碳减排探讨

摘要 由于水泥熟料生产原料成分及工艺的特殊性,水泥生产原材料中80%~85%是石灰石,其在煅烧过程中受热分解产生CO_(2),约占其总碳排放量的62%,是水泥生产企业第一大碳排放源。在水泥熟料生产过程中应用外燃式旋窑技术,可以有效地低成本回收碳酸盐分解产生的CO_(2),是水泥生产企业具有重大前景的碳捕集、碳减排技术之一。 Due to the particularity of the raw material composition and process of cement clinker production,80%to 85%of the raw materials for cement production are limestone,which decomposes during calcination to produce CO_(2),accounting for about 62%of its total carbon emissions and is the largest carbon emission source for cement production enterprises.The application of external combustion rotary kiln technology in the production process of cement clinker can effectively and cost-effectively recover CO_(2) produced by the decomposition of carbonates,which is one of the promising carbon capture and carbon emission reduction technologies for cement production enterprises.
