某厂超临界循环流化床锅炉结焦分析

摘要 循环流化床锅炉是近年来新兴的一种高效低污染清洁燃烧技术,因其具有污染物排放低、煤质适应性广等优点在我国得到广泛应用。但因其应用时间短、运行操作经验匮乏等原因,导致不少事故发生,其中主要事故之一就是锅炉结焦。结合某厂超临界循环流化床锅炉结焦事故,对其原因进行分析,得出炉内流化工况不良、超标颗粒多、入炉煤灰熔点低是锅炉结焦的三个主要原因。为此,结合电厂实际情况,总结出预防措施,在一定程度上避免了锅炉的结焦,并为同类型锅炉提供借鉴和指导。 Circulating fluidized bed boilers are a new type of high efficiency,low pollution,clean combustion technology that has been widely used in China in recent years due to its low pollutant emissions and wide adaptability to coal quality.However,due to its short application time and lack of operational experience,many accidents have occurred,one of which is boiler coking.Combined with the coking accident of a supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler in a certain factory,the causes are analyzed,and the three main reasons for boiler coking are bad fluidization condition in the oven,excessive particles and low melting point of coal ash in the furnace.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of the power plant,preventive measures are summarized to avoid boiler coking to a certain extent,and provide reference and guidance for the similar boilers.
