摘要
本文主要介绍了一种智能文字识别及定位技术在IEMS行业BOM资料制作的价值体现,其主要价值体现在提高工作效率、降低出错率、可应用与商业用途三个方面上,并解析了智能文字识别及定位技术系统架构设计。该智能技术的总体框架设计理念在遵循IEMS工厂基础下,做到智能化、自动化的去替代人工,高效、高质量地完成工作,实现多角度识别出元器件字符以及元器件镜像字符,最终在Gerber中定位至其所在位置。
This paper mainly introduces the value of an intelligent character recognition and positioning technology in the production of BOM materials in IEMs industry.Its main value is reflected in three aspects:improving work efficiency,reducing error rate,application and commercial use,and analyzes the architecture design of intelligent character recognition and positioning technology system.The overall framework design concept of the intelligent technology follows the basis of IEMs factory,realizes intelligent and automatic replacement of manual work,completes the work with high efficiency,high quality,realizes multi angle recognition of component characters and component mirror characters,and finally locates them in Gerber.
